Return Policy

At The Spa at The Arbutus Club, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened and unused products, in their original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of pickup for a full refund issued to your Member account.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue credit on opened makeup, lip products, or skincare items unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
  • All promotional purchases are considered final sale.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact the Spa promptly so our team may review the product with you and discuss appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup. We will gladly arrange an exchange or issue a credit to your Member account.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns may be brought to the Spa Reception or the Club Concierge desk. Our team will be pleased to assist you.
